Human Design intake
These reflections help shape the reading before we meet. You do not need to write a long answer to every question, but the final focus question is the one to answer if you only answer one today.
1. When do you feel most authentic and aligned in your life? What are you doing at those moments?
2. Are there any recurring patterns in your life that really seem to stand out?
3. Can you recall a time when you made a decision and it just felt right? Did this go against the grain with people in your life? How did this decision feel?
4. What aspects of your personality or habits do you feel the hardest on yourself about or constantly try to change?
5. Why do you think you want to change this about you?
6. Are there more shoulds than wants expected from you or driving your life? Do you do anything outside of productivity or achievement tasks?
7. When was the last time you truly were excited about something?
8. How do you typically make difficult decisions?
9. What parts of your daily life feel forced rather than naturally you?
10. Most important question for the reading: what specifically would you like to focus on in our call? Is there something that came up in these questions, or something else you came here with, that you would love more clarity on?
